Kent Police Issue CCTV Image After Daytime Burglaries in Tunbridge Wells

Kent Police have released CCTV footage of a suspect wanted after two daring daytime break-ins in the Camden Park area of Tunbridge Wells.

High-Value Gold Jewellery Snatched

The raids happened between 10:30am and 11:45am on Thursday, 8 May 2025. A man is accused of breaking into two homes and stealing valuable gold jewellery, including rings.

Officers have already conducted house-to-house inquiries and sifted through local CCTV. The man caught on camera is now the centre of the investigation.

Police Launch Public Appeal

Detective Constable Celia King said: “We appreciate the man’s face is hidden by a face covering, but we hope someone will recognise him.”

Police urge anyone with info or who recognises the suspect to call the West Kent appeals line on 01622 604100, quoting reference 46/76278/25.

Residents are also being asked to check private CCTV and dashcam footage from anyone driving nearby during the time of the burglaries.
