A brutal road rage fight outside Burnside School on Burnside Avenue, Chingford (E4), left a man injured after a savage street clash erupted on Wednesday evening (16th July 2025).

Police Launch Full Investigation

The Metropolitan Police CID have launched a full-scale probe into the incident. A crime scene remains sealed off at the junction with May Road as detectives comb the area for evidence.

Emergency services were scrambled at around 6pm after eyewitnesses reported a heated dispute that quickly turned physical. The scene is just yards away from a recent murder investigation that shook the local community.

Police sources confirm the fracas is being treated as a road rage assault involving two men, both injured in the brawl. A source said:

“We are investigating a suspected road rage incident in Burnside Avenue, E4, following reports of two males engaged in a violent altercation. A crime scene has been established and our investigation is ongoing.”
