Met Police Hunt Four Suspects Linked to Pro-Palestine Protests
The Met’s Counter Terrorism Command is on the lookout for four individuals connected to two separate protests in London. Police have released clear images and are urging the public to help identify these people.
Who Are They? Women Spotted at Whitehall Rally
On Saturday, 14 October, social media footage from a pro-Palestine protest in Whitehall showed two women sporting tops with paraglider images. Detectives identified these two and are now trying to track down a third woman seen with them on CCTV, holding a placard featuring the same paraglider image.
- Woman One: Dark-skinned, wearing light brown trousers and a red long-sleeved top with a paraglider on the back. She had a blue denim jacket tied around her waist before putting it on. She also wore a light blue medical mask, a dark headscarf or bandana, and carried a dark red shoulder bag.
- Woman Two: Light brown skin, dark hair clipped back. Dressed in black leggings, black boots, and initially a dark hooded top with a paraglider image on the back. Later swapped for a light brown coat and carried a large black shoulder bag.
- Woman Three: Afro-Caribbean, aged 20s to 40s, holding the paraglider placard. She wore a red jacket, red headscarf or bandana, a dark floral scarf, and a distinctive green pendant.
Man with Pro-Hamas Placard Spotted on Bond Street
Police are also hunting a man seen waving a placard saying “I fully support Hamas” during a protest on Bond Street on Saturday, 21 October. He has short dark hair, light skin, a dark jacket over a light top, a light striped scarf around his neck, and light trousers or jeans.
