Man Stabbed Six Times in Crawley – Fighting for Life
A 25-year-old man was found with multiple stab wounds near Cheals roundabout, Southgate, Crawley, just before 3.30pm last Friday (4 October). He was rushed to hospital in stable condition after being discovered by a passerby who called an ambulance.
Six Stab Wounds to Abdomen, Arm and Leg
The victim suffered six serious stab wounds to his abdomen, arm, and leg. Police first treated him on the verge before paramedics arrived to take him to hospital.
Police Launch Hunt for Attacker
Detective Inspector Karrie Bohanna confirmed the investigation into this “serious but isolated incident” is underway. So far, no arrests have been made, but officers are following multiple leads.
“We believe the victim was attacked close to where he was found. We’re appealing to anyone who witnessed the attack or has information to come forward,” DI Bohanna said.
