Teen Stabbed in Broad Daylight in London Park

Detectives are hunting for witnesses after a 16-year-old boy was seriously stabbed in Haringey’s Lordship Recreation Ground.

Teen Found With Serious Injuries

Police were called at 2:17pm on Sunday, 1 August, following reports of a stabbing. Officers arrived alongside paramedics from London Ambulance Service to find the teenager with stab wounds. He was treated on-site before being rushed to hospital, where he remains in critical condition.

Investigation Underway, CCTV Seized

North Area detectives have launched a full investigation. CCTV from the park has been recovered, and several witnesses have already been spoken to. But officers believe more people saw the attack and have yet to come forward.

Police Plea for Public Help

Detective Inspector Kelly Hodgson said: “This awful attack happened in broad daylight in a busy park. I’m confident there are witnesses we have not yet spoken to. I urge anyone with information to contact us immediately.”
