Hammer Horror Attack in Seacroft: Man in His 30s Seriously Injured
Brutal Assault on The Oval
A man in his thirties was left with a broken eye socket and jaw after a shocking, unprovoked hammer attack near Seacroft’s The Oval on May 10 at around 1.30pm.
The victim was set upon by a group of three males riding two mopeds. The violent assault saw one attacker brandish a hammer, delivering savage blows before fleeing the scene.
Distinctive Suspect on White Moped
Police revealed the hammer-wielding suspect was on a white moped, wearing a striking aqua blue helmet. CCTV footage captured the gang at a nearby petrol station just moments before the assault.
Police Appeal: Identify the Mopeds Gang
Detectives are urgently seeking anyone who recognises the man in the aqua helmet or knows anything about the attackers.
