Man Targets 14-Year-Old Boy in Shocking Camden Sex Attack
Detectives in Camden are on the hunt after a man brazenly asked a teenage boy to perform a sex act in broad daylight. Now, police have released CCTV images of the suspect and want to speak to him urgently.
How It Happened
- On Thursday, 26 September, around 4.40pm, a 14-year-old boy caught a bus on Kentish Town Road.
- As he crossed the road, a cyclist approached, smiled at him, then followed the bus.
- After the boy got off the bus, the man approached him, asked for directions, then shocked the teen by requesting a sex act.
- The suspect then sped off riding a black bike down Prince of 1 Road and turned into Willis Road.
Suspect Description
- White male, mid-50s, with sideburns and grey stubble.
- Tanned with an outgrown skinhead haircut.
- Speaks with a Mediterranean accent.
- Wearing a grey coat.
Police Appeal
Detective Constable Katherine Phipps from the Met’s Central North CID said: “This incident happened during daylight hours on a busy street. I would urge anyone who might recognise the man in this image to contact police.”
