Young Man Shot Dead on North London High Road
A murder probe is underway after Camilo Palacio, 23, was fatally shot on High Road, N22, late Sunday night.

Police were called to the scene around 9.30pm on July 24. Firearms officers found Camilo with a gunshot wound to the chest. Emergency crews rushed to help, but despite their efforts, Camilo was pronounced dead at 10pm.
Camilo’s family has been informed and is receiving support from specialist officers.
Call for Witnesses to Break the Silence
“My officers are very keen to hear from anyone who can help us identify the person responsible for Camilo’s death,” said Detective Chief Inspector Perry Benton, leading the investigation.
No arrests have been made. Police urge anyone with dash-cam or mobile footage, or any information no matter how small, to come forward.
