Urgent Search Underway for Missing Pensioner in London

Edward Baller, 79, vanished without a trace after leaving his North Kensington flat around noon on Saturday, 28 August. He was heading to a property he rents out on Wincott Street, Kennington – but never made it back.

Worries Grow as Days Pass

Detective Chief Inspector Chris Wood from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command is leading the hunt. He warned, “Our concerns for Edward’s welfare are growing greater by the day. He is vulnerable and may have suffered a medical episode stopping him from contacting family.”

Police are scouring the Wincott Street flat, combing CCTV footage, and knocking on doors. They are appealing to locals to check their dash cams or doorbell videos for any sign of Edward.

Family Desperate for Answers

Edward’s family are distraught and urge anyone with information to step forward immediately. He was last seen wearing dark trousers, a denim jacket, and carrying a denim bag. Described as white, average height, average build, with grey hair.
