Teen Stabbed to Death in Hayes Shocks Community
Police launched a probe after a stabbing in Bourne Avenue, Hayes, on Friday, 24 May. Emergency services rushed to the scene at around 1.30pm, with officers, London Ambulance Service, and London’s Air Ambulance arriving minutes later.
Despite frantic efforts, the victim, a 16-year-old boy, was pronounced dead at the scene.
17-Year-Old Arrested as Police Hunt Answers
The following evening, Saturday 25 May, a 17-year-old male was arrested in connection with the stabbing. The tragedy has left the local community reeling.
Detectives are working round the clock to uncover what led to the attack and bring justice to the victim’s family.
“I urge people not to speculate but come forward if they have any information that could help,” a spokesperson said.
