Detectives are on the hunt after a terrifying armed robbery at a commercial premises in Bridewell Drive, Carrickfergus. The shocking attack happened just after 8.50pm on Monday, September 11, leaving staff and locals rattled.
Masked Man Threatens Staff, Escapes with Cash
Detective Sergeant Crothers revealed an unknown man stormed into the shop waving a knife. He threatened two female employees, demanding money before making off with a haul of cash.
Suspect Description and Police Appeal
- Around 6 feet tall, heavy build
- Wearing dark trousers, zipped dark jacket, grey hoodie underneath
- White trainers and a red mask concealing his face
