Cars Torched in Early Morning Blaze on Goldstone Crescent
Police rushed to Goldstone Crescent at 2:10am on Monday, October 5, after reports of two vehicles ablaze. Officers quickly discovered one car had been deliberately set on fire, which then spread to a second parked car behind it.
Three Arrested in Swift Eastbourne Crackdown
Less than an hour after the fire was reported, cops stopped a car in Eastbourne and arrested three suspects. A man and a woman face arson charges, while a second woman is held on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life. All three remain in custody.
Police Appeal for Witnesses and Footage
Investigators want to hear from anyone near Goldstone Crescent around 1am who saw anything suspicious. They’re also asking residents with CCTV or doorbell cameras to check for any relevant clips.
