A spokesman for RATP Dev Transit London said: “We can confirm a serious incident involving route 395 bus, a car and pedestrians took place at 9:30 pm on Monday, 24th February 2025.

“Tragically, one pedestrian died at the scene. Our thoughts are with their family and friends during this difficult time.

“We are fully cooperating with authorities as the investigation continues.”
