£1,800 Ink Cartridge Heist at Newbury Sainsbury’s – Police Hunt Mystery Man

Thames Valley Police have released CCTV images of a man wanted in connection with a brazen theft at Sainsbury’s in Hectors Way, Newbury. The incident happened at 11.40am on Thursday, 7 March.

The suspect strolled into the store with a cool bag, grabbed a stash of ink cartridges worth over £1,800, and walked out without paying a penny.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

PC Louise Eaton, part of the Smarter Resolution team at Newbury police station, said: “I am releasing these images as I believe the person in the CCTV footage may have vital information that could assist my investigation.”
