Man Arrested After Spate of Early Morning Indecent Exposure in Gillingham
Police are hunting for witnesses following the arrest of a 24-year-old man linked to multiple indecent exposure incidents near a Gillingham golf course.
Four Disturbing Incidents Near A2 Sovereign Boulevard
The offences happened between 7.30am and 8.30am from 2nd to 4th October 2023 around the golf course close to the A2 Sovereign Boulevard and Woodlands Road. Several women reported seeing the suspect exposing himself, with some saying he was caught in the act.
Suspect Bailed as Investigation Continues
The man was arrested on 6th October and released on bail with strict conditions while detectives carry on their enquiries.
PC Thabi Hollingsworth of Medway Vulnerability Investigation Team said: “We believe these incidents are connected and urge anyone with information to come forward. If you’ve seen anything suspicious in this area, don’t hesitate to contact us.”
