Armed Robbers Raid Paddock Wood Home in Nighttime Horror
Detectives are hunting two armed men who terrorised a family during a violent burglary in Paddock Wood.
The shocking raid took place around 7.40pm on Friday, 28 February 2020, at a property on Ashcroft Road. The duo stormed inside carrying weapons – one wielding a knife, the other brandishing a small axe.
Cash and Jewellery Stolen After Threats
A woman and three men inside were threatened before the criminals made off with cash, jewellery, and valuable personal items.
Inspector Richard O’Toole of West Kent CID said: “Thankfully no one was injured during what would clearly have been a terrifying ordeal. We are treating this as an isolated incident and are carrying out forensic checks and reviewing CCTV footage.”
“Anyone who saw suspicious vehicles or activity in the area around that time should come forward. Check home CCTV – it could hold vital clues.”
Suspect Descriptions Released
- Both suspects are white men.
- First man: Skinny, early 20s, about 5ft 6ins tall, dressed in dark clothes with face covered.
- Second man: Heavy build, in his 30s, around 5ft 10ins, wearing a blue gilet and grey hooded top.
