Elderly Woman Seriously Injured in Motorcycle Crash on A28 Canterbury Road
Just before 9pm on Wednesday, 2 February 2022, chaos hit the A28 Canterbury Road near Hartsdown Road. A grey Sinnis motorcycle smashed into a pedestrian, leaving a woman in her 70s seriously injured.
Victim Rushed to Hospital
The elderly lady was rushed to hospital in critical condition. She remains under treatment as medics fight to save her.
Motorcyclist Taken to Hospital
The rider, a man in his 30s, was also hospitalised but has since been discharged. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
