Fake Attack Rumour Sparks Panic at King George Hospital

A viral video claiming a staff member at King George Hospital in Ilford was shot or stabbed has been slammed as nonsense by hospital bosses.

Hospital Management Hits Back

The shocking clip surfaced on a popular London Instagram channel, causing alarm online. But duty managers at the East London hospital quickly shut down the rumours, branding them “completely false.”

“There have been no injuries to any of our staff members and no such incident has occurred on-site this evening,” the hospital’s site coordinator told UKNIP. “We are unsure where the video originated or what the intention behind uploading it was.”

Police and Ambulance Services Stay Mum

So far, neither the Metropolitan Police nor the London Ambulance Service has commented. UKNIP has reached out for clarification but had yet to receive a response at the time of publication.

Hospital Urges Calm

The hospital is reviewing the video and urges the public not to spread false information. They ask everyone to stick to verified sources for updates.
