Massive Blaze Erupts at Birmingham Warehouse

Firefighters were scrambled to a huge fire on Mount Street, Nechells, Birmingham at 7.40pm on Sunday, June 12.

The inferno broke out in a warehouse where tons of paper and cardboard bales went up in flames.

20+ Fire Trucks Battle the Fiery Beast

Over 20 fire trucks are battling the blaze, including two aerial hydraulic platforms, several fire engines, a high volume water pumping unit, and even a drone for aerial assessment.

Fire crews from across the West Midlands have been deployed, firing main jets to tackle the roaring fire.

Emergency Services in Full Force

A West Midlands Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “We are working closely with Police, Ambulance Services, the Environment Agency, Severn Trent Water, and on-site personnel to bring this incident to a safe conclusion.

Thankfully, there have been no reports of casualties.
