Thames Valley Police have launched an urgent appeal after a disturbing sexual offence in Didcot. A woman in her late teens was approached and subjected to an unwanted attempted kiss last Sunday evening.

Incident at Graffiti Bridge

The incident took place around 6.30pm on 29 March at the Graffiti Bridge on Hitchcock Way. Police say a 47-year-old man from Oxford was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and has since been released on bail as investigations continue.

Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

“I would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this sexual assault, or has any information about it, to please come forward to us,” PC Davina Gotch, Investigating Officer
