Struggle Breaks Out at Basingstoke Underpass – Police Want Witnesses!
Did you spot two men wrestling near the junction of Basing View and Norn Hill in Basingstoke at 6.10pm on Thursday, November 10? A witness reported seeing one man snatch a rucksack from another just by the underpass.
Descriptions Released for Suspects
The alleged thief is said to be about 5ft 11in tall, wearing a black balaclava, dark grey coat, light grey joggers, black shoes, and gloves. The other man is described as a mixed-race male, around 5ft 5in tall, about 18 years old, with black curly hair and a thick black beard. He was wearing a hooded jacket and a grey beanie.
