Storm Goretti Claims Life in Devastating Caravan Crash
A man in his 50s tragically died after a massive tree smashed onto his caravan during Storm Goretti. Emergency crews rushed to Mawgan, Helston at 7.35pm on Thursday, but sadly, he was found dead inside the wreckage.
Police Confirm Death Not Suspicious
Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed the man’s body was discovered inside the caravan. “His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers,” the force said.
They added the death is not being treated as suspicious. A file will be prepared for the coroner.
