Man Hospitalised After Brutal Assault at Romford Pub
Detectives are probing a violent attack that left a 51-year-old man fighting for his life. Police rushed to The Aldeman Public House on Chippenham Road, Romford, at 7:33pm on Tuesday, 8 May, following reports of a serious assault.
Victim in Critical Condition After Pub Brawl
The victim, a local man from Romford, is said to have been hurt following a heated argument with another man. Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service took him to an East London hospital where he remains in a critical state.
Suspect Arrested Over Grievous Bodily Harm
A 59-year-old man was swiftly arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and is currently held at an East London police station. Authorities have informed the victim’s next of kin.
