Wanted Man Sought After Brutal Attack Leaves Woman Seriously Injured
Police have released a photo of Unchenna Nwanogbu, 38, wanted over a vicious assault in Newham that left a 26-year-old woman fighting for her life.
Violent Assault Rocks Newham Home
Officers rushed to the E15 area on Saturday 28 July at 6:40pm after reports of a serious attack. Forced entry led them to the victim, badly injured. She was rushed to hospital, where she remains in a critical but stable condition.
Suspect Linked to Battersea and Croydon Regions
Police believe Nwanokwu, known to the victim, is responsible. He is believed to have connections in Battersea and Croydon.
Police Appeal for Urgent Information
Detective Constable Lucie Fish of Forest Gate CID said: "We urgently want to speak to Unchenna Nwanokwu regarding this very violent assault. If anyone knows where he is, please contact police immediately."
