Police are probing a crash involving a car and a mobility scooter that left an elderly man fighting for his life.

The smash happened at 10:30am on Thursday, January 19, when a silver Audi A4 estate collided with a mobility scooter crossing Weevil Lane near the junction with the A32 (Mumby Road) in Gosport.
Man Hospitalised with Serious Injuries
The 80-year-old rider was rushed to QA Hospital in Cosham with broken bones and other serious injuries. His condition is stable but remains critical. Thankfully, no one else was hurt in the incident.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
