Kent Police are on the lookout for witnesses after a violent incident at Whitstable Harbour.
Man Spits in Victim’s Face
Just after 2.20pm on Wednesday, 24 June 2020, officers were called to reports of a disturbance. A woman said she was verbally abused by a man described as about 18 years old, slim, roughly 6ft tall, with short dark hair and stubble, wearing dark shorts.
The same man then spat in the face of a man who was with the woman.
