Woman Sexually Assaulted Twice on Dulwich Bus

Just after 2am on Saturday, 23 July, a woman in her 20s was sexually attacked at a bus stop on Lordship Lane in Dulwich Village.

Horrifically, the same man struck again while she was on a number 12 bus, assaulting her during the journey. The victim bravely came forward and reported the attacks to police the next day.

Police Hunt Man Caught on CCTV

Detectives have launched an urgent appeal to find a man seen on CCTV boarding the bus shortly before the second attack.

He is described as black, around 5ft 8in tall, with afro hair. At the time, he wore a dark hoodie featuring rainbow-coloured writing across the front.

Public Asked to Help Crack Case

Anyone with information is urged to call the police on 101 quoting CAD 3536/09Nov. Those who wish to stay anonymous can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
