Brutal Bottle Attack Over Bus Queue Chaos
At around 9.30pm on Saturday 9 October, a woman waiting for a bus replacement service was pushed out of line by a gang of youths at the station.
Queue Jump Sparks Violent Assault
When the woman challenged the group, they started shoving others in the queue. Two of the gang hurled verbal abuse. Then, shockingly, one young woman smashed a glass bottle over the victim’s head before fleeing the scene.
Victim Hurt – Police Hunt Suspects
The victim was rushed to hospital with a deep wound above her eye. Police want to speak to anyone who recognises the attackers or has information about the incident.
