Concern Grows for Missing Teen Mia Walker
Mia Walker vanished over a week ago, sparking a police search and growing worry among her family and the local community.

The 16-year-old was last spotted in Wesley Road on the morning of Friday, 9 December 2022. Her family heard from her around 7pm on Sunday, 11 December, but since then, Mia’s whereabouts remain unknown.
Description & Police Appeal
Mia is about 5ft 7in tall, with striking long red hair that’s brown at the roots. Dorset Police Inspector Jon Wasey expressed serious concern for her wellbeing.
“We are concerned for the welfare of Mia due to the passage of time since she was last seen,” he said. “I would urge anyone who has seen Mia, or a girl matching her description, to please come forward. It is believed that Mia is not alone, so if anyone has seen her on her own or with another girl, please contact Dorset Police.”
