Man Stabbed Multiple Times in Shocking Oxford Attack

Police are hunting for witnesses after a brutal attempted murder in Oxford late last night.

Knife Attack Rocks Hawksmoor Road

The violent incident unfolded around 10.45pm on Hawksmoor Road on October 11. A 54-year-old man was stabbed several times inside a property. Emergency services rushed him to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.

Arrest Made – Investigation Underway

Officers quickly arrested a 59-year-old Oxford man on suspicion of attempted murder. He is currently held in police custody as detectives dig deeper into the case.

Police Appeal for Information

Detective Inspector James Mather of Oxford CID said: “This disturbing stabbing has led to a man needing hospital treatment. We believe this was an isolated incident and have arrested one suspect. There’s no one else we are looking for at this time.”
