Police are hunting for witnesses after a terrifying knife robbery attempt on a 15-year-old girl in Eastbourne. The incident unfolded around 9 PM on Thursday, 18 July, on Seaside Road near Southbourne Road junction.

The teenage victim was confronted by a man brandishing a knife who demanded her belongings. Luckily, a brave passerby stepped in, forcing the attacker to flee empty-handed. Thankfully, the girl was not physically harmed but left shaken by the ordeal.
