Police Hunt Bus Driver After Shocking Longfield Crash
Collision Caught on Camera
Police are on the lookout for a bus driver involved in a dramatic collision in Longfield. Video footage shows a black Range Rover pulling out from Farrins Service & MOT Centre on Main Road at around 4:15pm on February 10. As the SUV tried to join the roundabout, it slammed into a passing bus, causing a noticeable jolt through the larger vehicle.
Despite the impact, the bus didn’t stop and drove straight off, leaving the scene of the crash.
Police Appeal for Bus Driver’s Identity
kent-police/" title="Kent Police" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Kent Police are appealing for help to identify the bus driver who may not have realised the severity of the accident. Officers are urging anyone with dashcam footage or witness information to come forward immediately.
“We are aware of an incident involving a Range Rover and a bus at the roundabout on Main Road, Longfield, at approximately 4:15pm on Monday, 10 February. The bus did not stop following the collision, and we are keen to speak with the driver or anyone who may have witnessed the incident,” a Kent Police spokesperson said.
