Weapons panic sparks police raid
Police rushed to Elson Lane at 3.25pm on Sunday 26 March following reports of a fight involving a group of youths carrying weapons. Officers quickly contained a nearby property and arrested four boys inside.
Air weapons, knives and hammers seized
During the search, cops found several air weapons, Airsoft gear, a knife, and hammers. The arrested lads aged 14, 15, and 16 now face suspicion of possessing imitation firearms with intent to cause fear.
