Between 10.30pm on Saturday, 6 February and 12.25am Sunday, a mysterious vehicle smashed into a pedestrian on the B412, North Pole Road near the junction with A219 Scrubs Lane and Wood Lane.

Driver Flees Scene Without Details

The driver, and possibly a passenger, stopped briefly before speeding off, leaving the injured woman to fend for herself.

Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Up
