Police hunt two women after Nottingham city centre assault

Nottinghamshire Police are on the case after a man in his 30s was attacked in the early hours of Saturday, 5 November. Officers were called to Thurland Street just before 4.30am following reports of an assault.

Victim Hurt But Out of Danger

The victim was rushed to hospital with injuries that thankfully are not life-threatening. However, cops say the attack has left him both physically and emotionally shaken.

Police Release Photos of Two Key Witnesses

Detectives have now released pictures of two women they want to speak to. Officers believe these women hold vital clues that could crack the case wide open.

“We’ve been working hard to piece together exactly what happened that night and are now seeking help to try and identify these two females,” said Detective Constable Helen Pannell.

“We believe they may have vital information that could really help with our inquiries so would urge them to come forward or anyone who recognises them to contact us.”
