The victim, a woman in her 20s, was inappropriately touched near the Sir Thomas Waghorn memorial on Railway Street. The incident happened between midnight and 1am on Tuesday, 5 March 2019.

Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have important information that could help crack the case.
