Two Men Stabbed in Romford on Bank Holiday Monday

Violent Stabbings Rock Romford

Two men suffered stab wounds in linked attacks in Romford on Bank Holiday Monday. The first victim, a 20-year-old, was rushed to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after emergency services were called to Coltsfoot Path around 12:48pm.

Second Victim Found Nearby

Shortly after, police discovered a second victim, a 19-year-old man, at Lavender Close, Romford. He was also hospitalised with injuries described as not life-threatening or life-changing. Detectives say both attacks are connected and likely occurred inside an address on Briar Road.

Suspect in Custody

A man has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and is currently in police custody. The Metropolitan Police continue to investigate and maintain an open mind about the circumstances.
