Police are hunting for witnesses after a fatal multi-vehicle smash near Petworth on the A272. The tragedy has left the community reeling as officers launch a full investigation.
Man in Serious Condition After BMW Crash
A 65-year-old man from Midhurst, driving a white BMW, suffered serious injuries in the collision. He was rushed to St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester and is now reported to be in stable condition.
Other Cars Involved But Drivers Unhurt
The crash also involved a black BMW and a white Audi. Fortunately, the drivers of these vehicles escaped without injuries.
Police Appeal for Witnesses and Footage
Sussex Police are urgently asking anyone who saw the crash or has CCTV or dashcam footage to step forward.
