Teen Brawl Outside Southampton Co-op Lands Two in Custody

Two Southampton teenagers were arrested after a messy street fight broke out outside the Co-op on Warburton Road yesterday afternoon.

Clash Erupts at 4.45pm

At around 4.45pm on Thursday 24 September, police were called to reports of two groups of teens squaring up and brawling in public.

Arrests Made for Weapon and Violence

  • A 16-year-old Southampton lad was nabbed on suspicion of carrying an offensive weapon in a public place.
  • A 17-year-old boy from the city was arrested for affray and criminal damage.

Both youths remain in police custody as investigations continue into the incident.
