Go Hard or Go Home: Britain’s Toughest 28 Days Kick Off!

Ready to see the ultimate test of grit and guts? Eight Brits are about to face the hardest 28 days of their lives in Go Hard or Go Home, a brutal new reality challenge series that will push mind and body to breaking point.

Eight Trainees, Eight Warriors, One Savage Challenge

The format is simple but savage. Eight ordinary people, known as Trainees, each team up with a fitness pro, dubbed Warriors, for a relentless month of back-breaking training and electrifying challenges.

Hosted by Jordan North and led by the infamous Paul Olima, AKA Coach, these Warriors are fitness legends who’ve battled their own demons. Meet the muscle behind the madness:

  • Adele Nicoll: Athlete and psychologist.
  • Ashley Cain: Ex-pro footballer and endurance beast.
  • Heather Fisher: Former international rugby star.
  • Leah McCourt: MMA fighter ready to rumble.
  • Nesrine Dally: Muay Thai fighter and personal trainer.
  • Nile Wilson: Olympic and World champion gymnast.
  • Tyrone Brennand: Celebrity personal trainer.
  • Waz Ashayer: Equinox’s lead fitness guru.

Tough Love Island: Who Survives the Grind?

These Warriors aren’t just coaches; they’re on the line, risking their rep to drag their Trainees through hell and back. The physical and mental challenges ramp up daily, and only the toughest pairs will last the full 28 days.

It’s a fight for transformation, glory, and survival. Who has what it takes to go the distance? Which duo will dominate? And who will emerge utterly transformed?
