Flasher on the Loose in Chichester! Police are hunting a pervert who exposed himself to a local woman walking near St Agnes Place.
Shocking Scene on Footpath
The incident happened at around 6.15pm on Tuesday, 27 June. A 42-year-old woman was walking near the footbridge by St Agnes Place when a strange man approached from the opposite direction.
The man suddenly exposed himself before trailing the woman at a distance. He vanished near the amphitheatre shortly after.
Police Description of Suspect
- White male, mid-20s
- 5’6″ tall, skinny build
- Wearing black hooded top with hood up
- Sky blue tracksuit bottoms
- Thick glasses and a prominent nose
Witnesses Urged to Speak Up
