Met Police Officer Arrested Over Links to Far-Right Terror Group
Shockwaves hit the Met today as a serving 21-year-old police constable was arrested on suspicion of belonging to a banned right-wing terror organisation. The arrest, carried out by the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command, happened at a north London address.
Frontline Cop in Custody
The young officer, who works in Frontline Policing, was detained under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE). He is now being held at a south London police station.
Homes Raided in Hunt for Evidence
Police are also searching the north London property linked to the suspect. The investigation centres around alleged far-right terror connections, raising serious security concerns within the force.
