Blackpool Hospital Murder Mystery: £20,000 Reward on Offer for Valerie Kneale’s Killer
Mrs Valerie Kneale, 75, tragically died at Blackpool Victoria Hospital’s stroke unit on November 16, 2018. A post-mortem revealed she died from a haemorrhage caused by a non-medical internal injury. The case quickly turned into a murder investigation.
Four Years On, Killer Still At Large
Despite exhaustive police efforts — including interviews with hospital staff and forensic tests — Valerie’s killer remains unidentified.
Detective Chief Inspector Jill Johnston of Lancashire Police spoke on BBC Crimewatch today, urging anyone with information to come forward. An independent charity, Crimestoppers, has now stepped in with a £20,000 reward to crack the case.
