Police Hunt Good Samaritan Who Stopped Teen Attack in Sheffield

Police are urgently searching for a man who stepped in to stop a violent attack on a 14-year-old boy in Sheffield last month. They believe he holds vital information that could crack the case.

Teen Assaulted for No Reason

At around 2.30pm on Friday 10 March, three teenage friends were walking along Mickley Lane when two others approached them. Without warning, one of the pair punched the 14-year-old boy in the mouth, causing serious damage to his teeth and nerves.

Witness Pleads for Hero to Come Forward

A man nearby bravely intervened, halting the attack. Police now want to speak to this Good Samaritan to help piece together exactly what happened.

PC Patryk Sobolewski said: “We hope the man who stepped in that day reads this and gets in touch. You could hold the key evidence we need.”
