On Thursday 13 July 2023, Tunbridge Wells police sprang into action after reports of criminal damage involving catapults in Cranbrook. Officers spotted a Ford Focus and a Honda CRV dodging patrols in Frythe Way. Both vehicles were later found abandoned nearby and seized for being uninsured.
