Police were scrambled at 7.36pm on Sunday, May 3, after reports of a firearm sighting on Antelope Road, SE18.

Armed officers stormed a nearby home to investigate. But the weapon turned out to be a toy.

“The item was found to be a toy. The occupants were given words of advice,” confirmed police.
