Two suspects have been arrested following a brutal stabbing of two teenage boys in Littlehampton.
Teen Boys Stabbed in Shocking Attack
The victims were set upon at around 10pm on Thursday, March 26, in a dark alley between Hampton Way and Kent Road. Both teenagers suffered serious injuries and were rushed to hospital for emergency treatment.
Two Teens Arrested Over Stabbings
Police swiftly detained an 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy after a quick appeal for information. The 18-year-old faces charges of grievous bodily harm and possession of a Class B drug. Meanwhile, the 17-year-old is suspected of two counts of grievous bodily harm and possession of Class B drugs with intent to supply.
Both suspects have since been released on bail as the investigation presses on.
Police Launch Appeal for Witnesses
“We understand the concern this incident has caused within the community,” said Detective Inspector Lee Simmonds. “We have increased patrols to reassure residents and are supporting the victims fully. Anyone with information should come forward.”
