BMW X1 Stolen in Brazen Lynchford Road Car Park Robbery

Just after 9.30pm on Sunday, May 1st, a 50-year-old man was threatened by two men while sitting in his black BMW X1 in the Lynchford Road car park. The criminals made off with the car and the victim’s bank cards.

Car Recovered but Suspects Arrested

The stolen BMW has since been recovered, but the drama is far from over. A 33-year-old man from Farnborough was arrested on suspicion of robbery. A 34-year-old Farnborough woman was also detained, suspected of handling stolen goods.

Both have been released under investigation pending further police enquiries.
