Kent Man Charged with Murder of Plumber Frankie Bulbrook in Chislehurst
Detectives charge Alfie Tullett over fatal stabbing in Bromley park.
Murder Charge Made After Brutal Attack
Alfie Tullett, 32, from East Malling, Kent, was charged with murder and violent disorder. He was arrested on 28 July and charged just two days later. Tullett appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court via video link on 31 July.
Frankie Bulbrook Found Fatally Stabbed
The victim, 34-year-old plumber Frankie Bulbrook from Chislehurst, was discovered with fatal injuries in a park near Belmont Lane and Imperial Way on 24 July. Police launched a murder investigation immediately.
Two Men Also Hospitalised with Stab Wounds
- Two men, aged 30 and 26, were found near the Gordon Arms pub with stab wounds.
- Both were rushed to a South London hospital; neither suffered life-threatening injuries.
- They were arrested on suspicion of murder. One was released under investigation after hospital discharge, the other remains in hospital.
Other Suspects Released Amid Ongoing Probe
- A 30-year-old man previously arrested for murder was released with no further action.
- A 25-year-old man arrested for murder and violent disorder on 29 July is currently released under investigation.
Police Continue Witness Appeal
One week after the deadly stabbing, police will be out in force around Belmont Lane and Imperial Way on the evening of 31 July, urging witnesses to come forward and help with their investigation.
