Boxing Day Stabbing Shocks Folkestone

A man in his 30s was stabbed on Boxing Day in Harvey Place, just off The Old High Street, Folkestone. The attack happened around 9:40pm, sparking an urgent police and ambulance response.

Victim Stable After Stab Wound

The victim suffered a stab wound and was treated immediately at the scene. He was then rushed to King’s College Hospital in London. Thankfully, his condition is stable.

Woman Arrested and Released on Bail

kent.police.uk" title="Kent Police" target="_blank">Kent Police quickly arrested a 30-year-old woman in connection with the stabbing. She has since been released on bail and must return to the police station on March 26, 2024 while the investigation continues.

A police spokesperson said, “The victim, a man in his 30s, was treated for an injury consistent with a stab wound. He was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.”
